Reuben James is returning to Pearl Harbor after a three-month deployment to the Eastern Pacific Ocean to monitor, detect and counter drug activities. During the deployment, the crew aboard Reuben James rescued 149 Ecuadorian men, women, and children from the sinking motor vessel (MV) Margyl Margarita, returning them safely to Ecuador.
