050717-N-4541B-005 San Diego, Calif (July 17, 2005) - Enlisted submariners from Naval Submarine Base Point Loma and Sailors from Anti-Submarine Warfare Command participated in the Second Annual Submariners Regatta in the San Diego Bay. The event hosted by the San Diego Yacht Club allowed Sailors to take the helm, man the lines and receive lessons topside from yacht club skippers.
