Image Information:

All images on the Turbo Photo website are Royalty-Free. This means you purchase once and can use the image(s) again and again for an unlimited number projects for an unlimited number of time. Image usage must comply with the Terms of Use (no re-selling or re-distribution of digital photo content).

Image resolution and pixel dimensions is stated for each photo and for each CD-ROM collection. Most common resolution is approximately 3264 x 2448 (23 MB when decompressed). All images are RGB color mode in JPG format. They are compatible with all major computer systems, including: Macintosh, Windows, and Unix (Linux). These JPG files are minimally compressed and optimized for maximized quality. Images containing recognizable people are model-released.

Order Information:

This website allows you to quickly search, browse, securely buy & download any of thousands of stock photos, instantly. The checkout is fast and secure. Upon completion of payment, you will receive your secret URL link to download your stock photos immediately. To protect the security of your purchase, the URL download link expires 24 hours from the time of purchase. You may print your invoice onscreen, and you will also receive an email confirmation on completion of the order. You may view your previous orders at any time by logging into your account and selecting View Previous Orders.

Payment Information:

Payments are fast and secured with 128bit encryption. Major credit cards accepted are: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Alternatively, you may pay with check, money order, payable to Turbo Photo, and mailed to: Turbo Photo, P.O. Box 5393, Beaverton, OR 97006, USA. PayPal payments are accepted; the photo # must be referenced in the Notes section of the PayPal payment. PayPal payments must be sent to the account: s a l e s @ t u r b o p h o t o . c o m . For PayPal orders, your URL download link will be emailed typically within 24hrs.

Search Tips:

The stock photo search service by Turbo Photo is similar to a basic Google or Yahoo search. When searching, you may enter multiple of keywords to help you find a particular kind of image. The search will find the most amount of keyword matches and will display them in order of relevance. Boolean or special characters to limit the search are not accepted.

It is recommended that searches start general and become more specific. For instance, you may search for 'Europe Travel'. You may also add the keyword 'vertical' to your search to find vertical (portrait) oriented photos. Or to show horizontal (landscape) oriented photos, you may search 'horizontal'. To be more specific, you may also add city and country names or specific monuments in your search.

You may also search by Image Number # (example: 9002099) or by product code of a CD-ROM collection (example: bir-50).

You may save your searches in your account. This allows you to check the search periodically for newly added photos. After searching, simply click the 'Save Search' link at the top right of the screen. Then, in you are not already signed in, sign in, and your search will be saved. You must register an account prior to save and view searches. To view your search, simply click MyAccount and the MySearch(s) link. Clicking the saved search URL will display the search results again.

Limited Warranty:

The limited warranty allows for a free replacement CD-ROM for manufacturing flaws only. If your CD-ROM is unreadable by your computer and if it is the result of a manufacturing flaw, then your CD-ROM will be replaced with a new one of the same title. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are given based on level of satisfaction.
